Pyramids won the Egypt Cup title after beating ZED 2-1 in the final at Cairo International Stadium on Sunday.
It is only the second domestic trophy in the club’s history, following their triumph against the same opponents in the 2024 final.
Krunoslav Jurcic’s side can still win the domestic double if they win the league title on May 20.
They need to beat Smouha, and Ceramica defeat league leaders Zamalek.
Karim Hafez gave Pyramids the lead from the spot just before the break.
Early in the second half, Hafez turned provider with a perfect cross that was volleyed home by Fiston Mayele at the far post.
Raafat Khalil pulled one back with a stoppage-time header, but it came too late for ZED, who also missed the chance to make their debut in Africa next season.
Ceramica Cleopatra, who secured fourth place in the league, will now take part in next season’s CAF Confederation Cup.
